9 words women use
Normally I am not one to copy and paste "funny stuff" that i find because, well, i don't know, it just isn't me i suppose. I don't do it for the same reason i don't send out forwards. it feels like i'm back in jr. high. I was reading my friends blog and found this on their page. it is very cheesy. it is korny. yet, i had to post it. "why?" you may ask. the answer is simple. because i can relate to all of these. these 9 words are words i use, and these are the correct definitions of the words. so while i find it cheesy, i also find it funny. so enjoy.
fine. this is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.
five minutes. if she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.
nothing. this is the calm before the storm. this means something, and you should be on your toes. arguments that begin with nothing usually end with fine.
go ahead. this is a dare, not permission. don't do it!
loud sigh. this is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. a loud sigh means she think you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing (refer back to the meaning of nothing).
that's okay. this is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. that's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
thanks. a woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. just say you're welcome. (i want to add in a clause here - this is true, unless she says 'thanks a lot' - that is pure sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. do not say 'you're welcome' ... that will bring on a 'whatever.')
whatever. a woman's way of saying curse you!
don't worry about it, i got it. another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. this will later result in a man asking 'what's wrong?'. for the woman's response refer to #3.
haha...which of these do you use?

It's almost here
So, I must say--Of course I am excited to get married. I'm so excited that it is so close, it is just going to be so wonderful. However, there is something else I'm excited for, Boise State's first football game. It's in less then two weeks and I've kinda become a fanatic. Hopefully, you will be excited to be part of the Bronco Nation after seeing this video.
P.S. One of the many reasons Erin is so wonderful is that she lets me get as excited as I do about football--Just as long as I'm more excited about the wedding. :)

Demolition Derby
I experienced my first demolition derby. It was a pretty good experience.... for the most part! I decided that all a demo derby is, is bumper cars for grown ups. We had a lot of fun though. I couldn't quite capture the crashing, so I just posted a movie. It looks like a lot of fun :)
and in this one i am completely soaked. we got completely dumped on. Seems like everyone had a blanket but us. well, us and tori and austin. but we were the tough ones of the group :)

On August 6th, Adams brother and his wife and son welcomed the newest addition to their family, a little girl they named Lilly Ann. She weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces. Stacy carried her all the way to her due date!
Ben and his new little sister. Cute story with this picture. Ben was so excited when baby Lilly came home. He whispered in his dads ear 'bring my baby to the other room so we can watch a movie together' He is just so cute and is going to be a great big brother! :)
